High Park is one of Toronto’s largest and most iconic urban parks.Living near High Park is a privilege, as it provides a rare combination of nature and urban life.
At Crew Homes, we recently had the opportunity to transform an apartment near High Park into a space that embodies light and comfort. Our goal was to flood the apartment with natural light and enhance its sense of well-being.

We chose natural materials, such as light woods and linen finishes, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our lighting design focused on complementing the natural light, incorporating indirect lighting and focal points to ensure visual comfort at all hours of the day. A neutral, warm color palette helped to further expand the space and create a serene, open feel. We also invested in high-efficiency insulation to maintain the perfect temperature while reducing energy costs.
